Presenter Information
Podium Presentations
Equipment
Each presentation room will be equipped with a screen, projector and a laptop. Presenters will only need to bring their presentation on a thumb drive to be displayed on the provided laptop/screen. There will be a podium and microphone provided for your presentation. PPT files are the recommended file type. PDF’s may not display well on the equipment provided. You will need to save your PowerPoint presentation on a flash drive and bring it with you before your presentation. You do not need to submit your presentation to ENRS ahead of the conference.
Scientific Series Presentations
Sessions will be approximately one and a half hours long, with each abstract allotted 15 mins for presentation. Generally, we recommend ten minutes to present your abstract with five minutes for questions and answers. There are multiple abstracts being presented in each conference session. This session format is common in many major scientific meetings. Please note that the room moderators will be asked to enforce these times and there will be 3 mins between each abstract to switch to the next presentation.
Workshop Presentations
Sessions will be 60 Minutes (1 Hour) long. There will be no moderator assigned to the workshop sessions. You may plan your workshop to include a Q&A within the 60 minutes.
Poster Presentations
Please see the POSTER GUIDELINES for further information sizing, printing, and presentation of your poster. All materials will be your responsibility to provide.
Poster presenters are asked to set up & tear down their poster presentations a the following times:
Poster Session 1 Participants: Set between 7:30 AM- 10:00 AM on Thursday, March 26. Remove your poster by 1:00 PM Thursday, March 26.
School-Selected & Clinical Nurse Research Poster Reception Participants: Set between 1:00 PM- 5:00 PM on Thursday, March 26. Remove your poster immediately following the reception.
Poster Session 2 Participants: Set between 7:30 AM- 10:00 AM on Friday, March 27. Remove your poster by 12:00 PM Friday, March 26.
Poster number assignments will be made approximately 2 weeks prior to the event and will be emailed to presenters
Session Support- Moderators and Timekeepers
ENRS members attending the conference this year are invited to serve as a Session Moderator or Session Timekeeper for scientific sessions at the 2026 ENRS Conference. We hope you will consider assisting in this important and fun role.
Below, please find the summary of duties for the option of ENRS Session Moderator or Session Timekeeper at the 38th Annual Scientific Sessions.
Below are the available time slots for review. Volunteers will be notified of session assignments within each slot once they have filled.

- 03/26/2026, Scientific Series B, (Thu. 11:15 am - 12:45 pm)
- 03/26/2026, Scientific Series C, (Thu. 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm)
- 03/26/2026, Scientific Series D, (Thu. 3:45 pm – 5:15 pm)
- 03/27/2026, Scientific Series E, (Fri. 11:15 am - 12:45 pm)
Please note: All sign-ups must take place in advance of the conference by Friday, March 6th, there will not be an opportunity to sign-up on site.
